A: Simply click the 'Add to Cart' button next to each product. All online orders are done through PayPal. Once you've paid, one of our customer service representatives will contact you via email or phone with design and customization options.

Q: Can I cancel an order?

A: To maintain a competitive edge, we process jobs as soon as we receive them. If your order has been placed on a run, it can not be taken off after the plates have been made. Because all of our work is custom printed to order, all sales are final. We are unable to use or recycle your canvas after we have completed it.

No refunds are available on orders unless no files have been prepared. If the order has not been processed, there is no fee for cancellation.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: A: UPS Ground shipping takes from 1 to 6 business days depending on your distance from our facility in Florida. Canvases can be picked up instead of shipped if an appointment is made. Remember, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Q: Does NPS Inc. make any guarantees?

A: We guarantee all orders to be free of defects in workmanship. If any order does not match the generally accepted trade standards, we will reprint the order or issue the customer a refund at our discretion.

Q: Is there a claims process?

A: Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 3 calendar days after confirmed receipt of our product. If no such claim is made, NPS and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that NPS's performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
